  • AM and FM radio

Signal

    Questions, answered

    Anything else? Write to support@shops-support.net

    Does it have Bluetooth?

Yes. Pair your phone to play its audio through the radio's speaker, or plug headphones into the 3.5 mm jack. Keep the phone close: buyers report a short Bluetooth range.

    Is it waterproof?

No. It is rated IPX5, so rain and splashes are fine, but it must not go under water.

What does a minute of cranking give me?

About 15 to 20 minutes of radio or about 30 minutes of light, by the maker's figures. It varies with volume and light mode.

    Can it charge my phone?

Yes. The 5000 mAh battery tops up a phone through the USB port, using your phone's own cable.

How fast does the sun charge it?

The panel is small, so treat sunlight as a top-up. For a full charge, use the USB-C cable.

    Which stations does it get?

AM and FM. It also has a weather band (WB), but that band is made for US and Canadian weather broadcasts and receives nothing in the UK.

    When will it arrive?

Your order is packed and sent within 3 to 5 working days, then takes 6 to 8 working days to reach you, with tracking. Delivery to the UK is free. The dates beside the Add to basket button are worked out from today.

Will I pay anything on delivery?

Orders over £135 may be charged import VAT and a carrier handling fee on delivery.

    Can I send it back?

Yes. You can cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. If it is faulty, you have 30 days to reject it for a full refund under the Consumer Rights Act. See our refund policy.

Where do the reviews on this page come from?

From people who bought this same radio from other sellers. They did not buy from Avenue Standard. We list every review that describes the radio, whatever its star rating, and leave out reviews too short to say anything and reviews about another seller's delivery. Every rating counts in the average. Where a buyer wrote in another language, the English is a machine translation, and the original is one tap away.
